Booking Terms & Conditions

Prices are subject to change. Payments made by credit card or paywave incur a credit card fee.
​Rates are based on a minimum of 2 people. Single person on a day when we don't have other bookings by negotiation, but a surcharge may apply.
Cancellations with 48 hours notice will receive a full refund (excluding booking fee if booked online). Bookings cancelled within 24-48 hours notice will get a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours notice will receive no refund.
Alternatively bookings may be able to be transferred into a gift card to be used at a later date.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (excluding booking fee if booked online).
No-shows will be charged the full price.
